What your agents will never do
  • Log in to any account of yours. Connections happen only through official consent screens you approve, and you can revoke them in the portal.
  • Pay, send, post or buy anything without proposing it to you first, in your chat, and waiting for your yes.
  • Use your data for anything but your own agents. Your data lives on our servers in Johannesburg. Your agents think with Claude, an AI model run by Anthropic outside South Africa: only the text needed for each task is sent, it is not used to train models, and we handle it under POPIA's cross-border rules. You can delete everything from the portal.
  • Read your public profiles again. What is above is all that was read, once, to suggest agents.

Your agents run on prepaid credit, like airtime. It never expires. To start we do a R5 card check with Paystack; the R5 goes straight onto your balance along with your welcome credit of . The card is kept on file so you can top up in one tap. Automatic top-up is off unless you switch it on in the portal. No subscription, no debit order: nothing is charged without you choosing it.
