Business profile
What every agent knows about the business. Changing it restamps all agents with the new profile.

To add a Telegram group or a second Telegram chat, use "Second approval channel" under Connections.
Access key
The key that opens this portal. Rotate it if it was shared, sent to the wrong person or shown in a link. The old key stops working at once; the new one is shown here once, so save it before you leave the page.
Close my agents
Every agent is paused, the saved card is removed at once, and your data is deleted after 30 days. Unused credit is refundable within 14 days of purchase: email sim@mshengux.co.za with your reference.
Connections & add-ons
Connect a system, add a teammate agent, or ask for a custom skill. "Available" items are applied by the platform after a check; "on request" items get a reply from a MshenguX engineer. Systems connect through their own consent screens; nothing is typed in here.
Keys for add-ons
Only the add-ons below need a key typed in (the service has no consent screen). Values are encrypted the moment they leave your browser and only ever placed into that agent's sealed space by the platform.

Balance
Your agents run on prepaid credit. Every task and every reply draws a few Rand; the balance shows what is left and how many days that is at your current pace. Usage is posted here within the hour, one line per day. At R100 the agents tell you in the chat; at zero they pause until you top up, and pick up where they left off. Credit never expires. Top-ups of R1 000 and up carry bonus credit.

Daily cap
When today's spend reaches the cap, your agents pause until tomorrow. Chat replies you start yourself still work.
